About 2 weeks before the Copenhagen Conference to deal with so-called “global warming” we find out Obama is, after all, going to go.
Right after we had also found all those emails scandalizing those retards who believe in global warming and were perpetrating a lie on the world in order to advance their agendas. (And make Al Gore a millionaire many times over.)
So now guess what China is doing?
China has unveiled its first firm target to curb greenhouse gas emissions, laying out a “carbon intensity goal” on Thursday that Premier Wen Jiabao will take to key climate talks in Copenhagen next month.
China, the world’s top emitter of greenhouse gases from human activity, pledged to cut the amount of carbon dioxide emitted for each unit of GDP by 40 to 45 percent by 2020, compared with 2005 levels, the official Xinhua agency quoted the State Council, China’s cabinet, as saying.
“This is a voluntary action taken by the Chinese government based on its own national conditions and is a major contribution to the global effort in tackling climate change,” Xinhua said, quoting the cabinet.
The target was in line with what experts expected.
A firm emissions commitment from China will likely boost efforts to reach a deal at the U.N.-led talks in Denmark next month.
If you don’t think this is a purposely orchestrated move to put pressure on the US to adopt similar goals (knowing full well the rest of the world will keep pressure on us to stick to them while giving countries like China and India a pass) you are a stupid moron.
China is doing this to bring our economy to its knees so that it can become the dominant world power.
What I want to know is this: will Al Gore give back his Nobel Prize?
