Time Magazine published a list of what they call “The 50 Worst Cars of All Time.” Some of the entries really belong there; like the AMC Pacer, the Trabant, and the Edsel of course (because it’s too much of a cliche not to be included on a list that is, in itself, a cliche). But some of their choices were perfectly fine, serviceable cars that the editors hate out of sheer political correctness.
Like the Ford Explorer, which is excoriated not for being a bad car, but for “being responsible for setting this country on the spiral of vehicular obesity that we are still contending with today,” translated out of Moonbatese; the Explorer was a safe, comfortable car that Americans like, and is therefore evil. The Ford Excursion is similarly bashed.
Time even bashes the humble Model T, because it “conferred to Americans the notion of automobility,” in other words, it gave ordinary folks freedom, mobility, and economic opportunity; things the elites would reserve only to themselves.
My message to these moonbats?
“FUCK YOU! Live in a cave eating roots and berries if you want but don’t tell ME how to live. In other words, truly act on your convictions.”
