KICKIN' AND SCREAMIN'...........

Dispensing truth in liberal doses...and...where on April 14, 2009 I went to bed a conservative gun owner but awoke the next morning, according to the DHS, a possible member of a right wing extremist group needing to be watched.

WHY IS OBAMA IN THE LEAD?

Not quite sure what is going on but recently there’s been a spate of coverage on the MainStream Media about Obama and his connections to Ayers, ACORN, suspicious donations, etc. Not much, mind you, but more than usual.

Digging by bloggers even found this where Calypso Louie Farrakhan himself call Obama the “Messiah”:

Louis Farrakhan – the Nation of Islam demagogue who denounces Caucasians as “potential humans” (i.e., subhuman), “vicious beasts,” and “the skunks of the planet,” and who was granted a lifetime achievement award by Barack Obama’s church of Marxist race hate – has confirmed a belief widely held among glassy-eyed, Kool-Aid-guzzling liberals: Obama is in fact the Messiah

There’s this piece about the kid who registered 72 times.

A man at the center of a voter-registration scandal told The Post yesterday he was given cash and cigarettes by aggressive ACORN activists in exchange for registering an astonishing 72 times, in apparent violation of Ohio laws.

“Sometimes, they come up and bribe me with a cigarette, or they’ll give me a dollar to sign up,” said Freddie Johnson, 19, who filled out 72 separate voter-registration cards over an 18-month period at the behest of the left-leaning Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

“The ACORN people are everywhere, looking to sign people up. I tell them I am already registered. The girl said, ‘You are?’ I say, ‘Yup,’ and then they say, ‘Can you just sign up again?’ ” he said.

Johnson used the same information on all of his registration cards, and officials say they usually catch and toss out duplicate registrations. But the practice sparks fear that some multiple registrants could provide different information and vote more than once by absentee ballot.

In Missouri officials suspect fake voter registration.

Officials in Missouri, a hard-fought jewel in the presidential race, are sifting through possibly hundreds of questionable or duplicate voter-registration forms submitted by an advocacy group that has been accused of election fraud in other states.

Charlene Davis, co-director of the election board in Jackson County, where Kansas City is, said the fraudulent registration forms came from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. She said they were bogging down work Wednesday, the final day Missourians could register to vote.

“I don’t even know the entire scope of it because registrations are coming in so heavy,” Davis said. “We have identified about 100 duplicates, and probably 280 addresses that don’t exist, people who have driver’s license numbers that won’t verify or Social Security numbers that won’t verify. Some have no address at all.”

The nonpartisan group works to recruit low-income voters, who tend to lean Democratic. Most polls show Republican presidential candidate John McCain with an edge in bellwether Missouri, but Democrat Barack Obama continues to put up a strong fight.

Jess Ordower, Midwest director of ACORN, said his group hasn’t done any registrations in Kansas City since late August. He said he was told three weeks ago by election officials that there were only about 135 questionable cards – 85 of them duplicates.

“They keep telling different people different things,” he said. “They gave us a list of 130, then told someone else it was 1,000.”

In Houston investigations are on-going over the recent discovery that up to 4000 voters were dead…..but voted anyway.

1.9 million people are registered to vote in Harris County alone.

But how many of the people listed on the voter roll are actually eligible to cast a ballot?

Investigative reporter Amy Davis shows you how hundreds of voters could sway this year’s election — voters who are not even alive.

“All-in-all, a great person, a great woman, just a wonderful person” is how Alexis Guidry described her mother to Local 2 Investigates.

“As far back as I can remember, they’ve always voted in the election,” Guidry said of her parents.

The March 2008 Primary was no exception. Voting records show Alexis’ mom, Gloria Guidry, cast her ballot in person near her South Houston home.

“It was just very shocking, a little unsettling,” said Alexis Guidry.

It’s unsettling because Gloria Guidry died of cancer 10 months before the March Primary.

“She’d be very upset,” Guidry said when asked what her mom would think.

Trent Seibert, of Texas Watchdog, says you should be too.

“This is really disquieting. It’s concerning. It’s worrisome,” said Seibert.

He heads up the non-partisan news group on the web.

Texas Watchdog compared Harris County’s voter registration roll with the Social Security death index and found more than 4,000 matches — registered voters that, it appears, are already dead.

Yet Obama’s campaign continues to insist he has no ties to the group, ACORN. LIARS!!

The Obama Campaign claims that Barack was never an ACORN trainer and that he was not associated with ACORN in 1992:

• Fact: Barack was never an ACORN community organizer.
• Fact: Barack was never an ACORN trainer and never worked for ACORN in any other capacity.
• Fact: ACORN was not part of Project Vote, the successful voter registration drive Barack ran in 1992

However, The Cleveland Leader did some digging around in the internet archives and found some information that was recently erased by ACORN.

Evidently, the Obama Campaign was thinking this information had been airbrushed away for good.

Oh but there’s more.

Meanwhile, having been caught with their hands in the cookie jar and paying ACORN over $800,000 from their own campaign, Obama workers are backpeddling like mad to distance themselves from those payments:

Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama’s campaign distanced itself Thursday from its $800,000 payment linked to the liberal ACORN organization, which is under investigation in several states where it is suspected of filing fraudulent voter registrations.

Federal Election Commission reports show ACORN-affiliated Citizens Services Inc. got $832,598 from the Obama campaign for get-out-the-vote work during the primaries. But those payments stopped in May and the Obama campaign says they should not be an election issue.

“This is going to be an historic election with unprecedented voter participation, and we are committed to protecting the integrity of the voting process,” Obama spokesman Nick Shapiro said. “We support local officials in their efforts to investigate any fraudulent behavior and the full prosecution of any illegal activities.”

Still, the contributions to Citizens Services draw the Obama campaign closer to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, and the growing voter-fraud scandal that this week spread to the battleground state of Ohio.

The elections board in Cuyahoga County, which includes Cleveland, is reviewing about 65,000 voter cards submitted by ACORN after flagging 50 cards filled out for duplicate names, fictitious addresses, noncitizens and recycled names and addresses of currently registered voters, said board spokesman Mike West.

Similar probes reportedly are under way in other large Ohio counties.

For more on those payments and the ties to Obama, read this piece:

Melanie Sloan, executive director of the liberal-leaning Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, said the campaign’s error on FEC documents doesn’t seem extraordinary, especially considering the huge amounts of money being spent.

“It’s rare that people don’t file any amended reports. If he has a pattern of lots and lots of amended reports, that would be more noteworthy than an occasional one,” Sloan said.

Jim Terry, spokesman for a group that tracks ACORN, said Citizens Services Inc.’s involvement in the Obama campaign raises bigger questions.

“All of this just seems like an awful lot of money and time spent on political campaigning for an organization that purports to exist to help low-income consumers,” said Terry, chief public advocate for Consumers Rights League, a Washington, D.C., advocacy outfit with a libertarian outlook.

“ACORN has a long and sordid history of employing convoluted Enron-style accounting to illegally use taxpayer funds for their own political gain,” Terry claimed. “Now it looks like ACORN is using the same type of convoluted accounting scheme for Obama’s political gain.”

Obama is the CSI’s first national candidate, although the company has worked for several regional candidates in recent years, said Jeff Robinson, CSI’s executive vice president.

“Our contracts were relatively small for Obama,” he said, declining to specify amounts because of “proprietary” rights of CSI’s clients. The largest project for Obama was during the Ohio primary, he said.

“That was a very short-term contract for one week of work. In Ohio, they asked us to do canvasses in five cities statewide,” Robinson said.

The Ohio primary was March 4. According to FEC records, the Obama campaign paid Citizens Services Inc. $832,598.29, from Feb. 25 to May 17.

A Trib analysis of campaign finance reports showed Obama paid CSI for services that stood out as unusual. For example, CSI received payments of $63,000 and $75,000 for advance work. Excluding the large payments to CSI, the average amount the Obama campaign spent with other organizations was $558.82 per check on more than 1,200 entries classified as advance work.

Citizens Services Inc. is headquartered at the same address as ACORN’s national headquarters in New Orleans. Citizens Services was established in December 2004 to “assist persons and organizations who advance the interests of low- and moderate-income people,” according to paperwork filed in Louisiana. In a 2006 ACORN publication, Citizen Services Inc. is described as “ACORN’s campaign services entity.”

ACORN describes itself as the nation’s largest grass-roots community organization of low- and moderate-income people, operating in 110 cities across the country, including Pittsburgh.

Founded in Arkansas in 1970, ACORN long has been considered a political ally of the Democratic Party. It has received praise from leading Democrats, such as Howard Dean and former President Bill Clinton, for its community activism, especially regarding efforts to increase housing for low-income people and restoration work after Hurricane Katrina.

Early in his career, Obama worked as an organizer for Project Vote, an ACORN offshoot, and represented ACORN in legal actions, according to various published reports, including Associated Press articles. ACORN’s political action committee endorsed Obama in the primary.

The organization has sparked controversy.

Accusations of voter fraud have followed ACORN’s canvassing projects in about a dozen states. ACORN has dismissed the charges as politically motivated allegations from conservative groups, yet cases are pending and, in other cases, ACORN workers have entered guilty pleas. For example, three ACORN workers pleaded guilty to submitting phony voter registration forms in Washington, and eight ACORN employees pleaded guilty to federal election fraud in Missouri.

ACORN is at the center of a scandal involving a $1 million embezzlement by Dale Rathke, brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke. ACORN discovered the embezzlement in 2000 but did not alert law enforcement officials.

ACORN’s management committee instead negotiated an agreement to have the Rathke family repay the stolen funds, according to a report in The New York Times. The Rathke brothers resigned from ACORN this summer after news reports disclosed the embezzlement. A donor agreed to repay the most of the money, the Times reported.

Sunday Alabi, an ACORN activist and spokesman in St. Paul, is one of CSI’s three-person board of directors. Alabi described CSI as a nonprofit consulting firm related to ACORN.

You know the end of the world is nigh when even the NY Times lists his suspicious donors:

In a Friday story headlined “Fictitious Donors Found in Obama Finance Records,” The Times disclosed that an analysis of campaign finance records “this week found nearly 3,000 donations to Mr. Obama … from more than a dozen people with apparently fictitious donor information.”

One contributor used the name “Jgti Jfggjjfgi” and listed an address of “thjtrj” in “gjtjtjtjtjtjr, AP.”

Noting that the Republican National Committee (RNC) has filed a complaint against the Obama campaign questioning the legitimacy of the more than $220 million in small donations to Obama’s campaign, The Times reported:

“The complaint followed an article on the conservative Web site Newsmax.com that highlighted thousands of dollars in contributions, made in increments of $25 dating back to March, from ‘Good Will’ in Austin, Tex., who listed his employer as ‘Loving’ and his occupation as ‘You,’ as well as thousands of small contributions that started last November from a ‘Doodad Pro’ in Nunda, N.Y., with the same employer and occupation.”

In a Sept. 29 report, Newsmax correspondent Kenneth R. Timmerman first raised questions about Obama’s fundraising, disclosing that more than half of the money raised by Obama “has come from small donors whose names the Obama campaign won’t disclose.”

The Times observed in an earlier story, published Oct. 6, that Newsmax “highlighted some obviously questionable contributions Mr. Obama had received that far exceeded the $4,600 an individual can contribute.”

Even the Washington Times is finally printing stuff about Obama’s visit to Iraq and how he tried to undermine our government by asking them to not agree to a deal getting troops out before January.

Hell, I wrote about it back in mid-September. Why does it take the media so long to bring it up?

redblue

And here is what puzzles me: you’d think all of that would have sunk his campaign but apparently that’s not the case. Hell, Obama is out there spending almost a million dollars for a half hour’s worth of time on CBS. The US economy is in the tank, the market has plummeted and yet Obama’s contributors have no shortage of cash to pay this dirtbag to see him win and ruin this country.

Poll after poll has him in the lead.

Hell, go to Intrade and you will see him ahead of McCain in electoral votes 364-174. If you follow the money aspect of Intrade you’ll see Obama ahead almost 4 to1: 79-21

If those numbers are not to your liking go to RealClearPolitics to see Obama with 277 and McCain with 158 and 103 undecided.

When you figure out what alternative universe I’ve landed in, please send me an email and let me know, OK?

It’s a funny thing. Everyone knows the media is both biased and corrupt. But everyone believes the media is biased against their beliefs. And given the level of modern technology …

It does not matter how much dirt you can dig out about ACORN. It will not be believed.

It does not matter how many facts you can find that connect Obama to ACORN or to various Socialist or Communist Party groups or to terrorists or to his criminal cronies behind the financial crisis. They will not be believed.

The media has lost all credence. Therefore everything they say is a lie. Or could be a lie. But if they tell you that lie a million times or so, it becomes the truth.

You could publish a video that showed it was Obama, and not OJ, doing the murders. Caught in the act on actual film. It could be 100% true. It would not be believed.

The truth is what you want it to be, when you want it to be. The communists and anarchists have won. Game over.

Obama will be our next President because it’s high time there was a black man in command at the White House. And that’s the one and only reason. But if you say that out loud then you are a racist. And if you vote against him for any reason at all, then you voted against him because he is black; therefore you are a racist. Surrender to The One. You can’t win. McCain knows this, which is why he isn’t even trying to win. Mr. Polite and Respectful is just lightly going through the motions. Anything more than that, and he’d be a racist.
